My name is Betty Matheson and have been a resident at Jubilee Centre since December 1990.
I'm taking the opportunity to provide you with some information regarding my residence.
We are fortunate to have the convenience of the Church of the Atonement, Alderwood of Anglican denomination located in the building. I'm a member and attend the weekly Sunday Service with a friendly congregation.
Many social events are planned during the year, such as Strawberry Shortcake tea and bake sale, pot luck supper, Christmas Bazaar and Barbecues. Those who enjoy cards there is a weekly euchre games and also a weekly bingo.
I have enjoyed he companionship and friendships with many residents over the years.
I appreciate for the many years of service and dedication provided by Ruth Dore, the administrator of Jubiliee Centre.
I have always felt very secure and never encountered any occasion regarding my safty.
I'm very thankful for the many happy and contented years, maintaining my independence, being a resident of Jubliee Centre.
